Mother and her kitten need a permanent home

A perfect pair: Poco (left) was rescued from the streets after having kittens, only one of whom, Jake (right), survived. Both are looking for a permanent home.

Two cats, a mother and her son, who are living in a Castor Gardens foster home are looking for a permanent place to live.

Jake is 4 months old and very shy until you get to know him. He is very attached to his mom, Poco, who is such a sweetie. Jake was adopted for a week but it didn’t work out because he was so homesick. But now that he’s back with his mom, he is happy.

Poco is a gentle 2-year-old who loves to be brushed and petted. She was rescued from a life on the street after having kittens, only one of whom, Jake, survived.

Because of their unusual attachment, Poco and Jake need to be adopted together. Both are fixed, up to date with their shots and microchipped. Call 267–475–8683. ••
